Wynetta S. Perrotta, 83, of Burghill, passed away Sunday morning, Dec. 13, 2020, at the Cleveland Clinic.

She was born Dec. 9, 1937, in Pittsburgh, the daughter of Ralph P. and Elizabeth Kroll Schmidt.

She received her B.A. from Westminster College in New Wilmington in 1959.

She retired in 1998 from PPG Industries in Meadville, where she worked 39 years as an assistant director in human resources.

She married Frank D. Perrotta April 24, 1971. He preceded her in death on Feb. 20, 2004.

She belonged to the Vienna Presbyterian Church and the Youngstown Chapter of Chi Omega Sorority.

Wynetta enjoyed traveling, reading and knitting.

She is survived by a son, Jeffrey F. Perrotta, of Hubbard; a brother, Dr. John L. Schmidt, of Algonquin, Ill.; a sister-in-law, Shirley (Ern) Taylor, of Richmond Township, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews.
