Wilma Allen Kress Culley, 88, Mercer (Coolspring Township), passed away early Sunday morning, Oct. 29, 2023, at UPMC Hamot, Erie, with her family by her side.

Funeral service: 11 a.m. Friday, at Fredonia Presbyterian Church, 24 Water St. Fredonia.
Interment: Delaware Cemetery, Fredonia
