William D. Tinley
William D. "Bill" Tinley, of Farrell, formerly of Sharon, died Saturday, Nov. 16, 2019, in his residence after a brief illness. He was 82.
Born July 7, 1937, in Sharon, a son of the late William J. Tinley and the late Margaret (Niven) Tinley.
Bill was employed by Westinghouse Electric as the fire chief for over 20 years.
He was a Free Mason and was active in other local activities.
Bill is survived by two daughters, Dawn Tinley Chute and her husband David of Allentown, Pa., and Heather Tinley and her wife Maggie of Wheatland; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Julie Stull of Hermitage.
He maried his wife, Janet (Webber) Tingley, on Dec. 3, 1965. She died Aug. 6, 2005. He was also preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and a brother.

Services: A Masonic service by Kedron Lodge 389 will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday (11-20-19) followed by a memorial service in the funeral home chapel with Rev. William Rudge officiating.
