Born in Sharon, Pa., on Nov. 1, 1963, to Thomas V. Rainey and Betty Jean Shuttleworth. He graduated school at Brookfield, Ohio.
He is survived by five brothers, William Thomas Rainey and Mike Rainey, Sharon; Robert Rainey, Masury, Ohio, Donald Rainey, Transfer, Pa.; and a sister, Lori Rainey, Ft. Apache, Ariz.
He was preceded in passing by his parents and a son, Terry Rainey Jr.
