Grove City, PA - Terry W. Johnston, 68, of Grove City, formerly of Forestville, passed peacefully on Sunday evening, April 13, 2025, at Passavant Hospital, Pittsburgh, following a period of declining health.

Terry was born on July 22, 1956, to Deloss Eugene and Jessie Cecelia (George) Johnston.

Terry grew up in Forestville and attended Slippery Rock Schools.

He retired from Grove City Medical Center and formerly was employed at Pine Instrument Co.

He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Grove City.

Terry was always willing to help someone in need. He enjoyed living at College View Towers and was happy to drive people to appointments or the store.

He also enjoyed going out to eat and playing cards, but mostly he loved spending time with his family.

He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.

Terry is survived by his two daughters, Kelly R. (Sam) Thompson and Lindsey N. Johnston, both of Grove City; four grandchildren, Hannah E. Clokey, Taylor M. Thompson, Andrew G. Thompson and Hunter Z. Thompson; two sisters, Cathy McCurdy and Tracy Johnston; and his cat, named "Kitty."

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Donna Fitzingo; and a brother, Eugene Johnston.
