Greenville, Pennsylvania - Steven C. Williams, 68, from Greenville, passed away peacefully on Nov. 25, 2025, after a prolonged battle with illness.
He was born Sept. 2, 1957, in Greenville to Charles and Doris (Skiff) Williams.
Steve graduated from Reynolds High School in 1975 and retired from a career at General Electric Transportation in 2016.
He led an active life with his children, creating community as a Scoutmaster and adviser of the Boy Scouts and Order of the Arrow. He supported his sons' passions by never missing a sporting event, four-wheeler ride or a weekend evening at the races.
Known for his quick-witted humor and huge heart, he enjoyed the company of his friends, riding motorcycles, going fishing and traveling. Steve was also a dedicated farmer, dog- and cat-whisperer, and lifelong tinkerer of various finished and almost finished projects.
Steve is survived by his sisters, Donna (Kevin) Thomas and Barbara (Robert) Howells; three sons and daughter-in-laws, Benjamin (Alisha) Williams, Eric (Dayna) Williams and Michael (Nicole) Williams; and nine grandchildren, Alexander (Emily) Williams, Samuel, Zachary, Elizabeth, Lukas, Leo, Aubree and Olivia.
His parents preceded him in death.
