Shirley, or better known as Grammie, was a 1971 graduate of Sharon High School.
Shirley believed in and taught the value of hard work and raised her children to follow suit. Ultimately, she lived her life giving to the those around her. Shirley was the person who always, without fail, was there for everyone as a daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend, but most importantly as a wife, as a mother, and as a grandmother to her beloved grandchildren. Giving to her family was, without a doubt, her greatest desire and blessing in this life. If you sat down and talked with Shirley for any length of time, you would soon realize that her greatest accomplishment was being Grammie. Nothing made her light up more than the topic of her grandchildren. She absolutely adored the opportunity to spoil and love on her precious grandbabies. There was no shortage of Amazon and Walmart deliveries on the porch at Grammie's house, but giving gifts was just one small way she showed her love. Grammie's real desire was to make sure that you were safe and had everything that you needed. No one in Shirley's life went without, even if it meant she had to sacrifice to make it happen. The immense and heavy loss is felt by all who knew and loved her.
