Hartstown, PA - Robert W. "Bob" Brown, 71, of U.S. Route 322, Hartstown, passed away Sunday, Oct. 5, 2025, in St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on Friday afternoon, Oct. 3, 2025.
