Fayetteville, Arkansas - Patricia Ann Smith of Fayetteville, Arkansas, formerly of Hermitage, PA died on April 21, 2025.

Patricia was born in Sharon, PA on November 20, 1930, the daughter of the late John Wilbert and Nellie Devine Reardon.

She attended St. Joseph School and graduated from Sharon High School, class of 1949. She earned the Degree of Associate in Letters, Arts, and Science, at Penn State Shenango, 1989. She retired from the Penn State Shenango library ataff.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Jack Edward Smith Jr. They were married in the Sacred Heart Church in Sharon on November 26, 1952.

She is also survived by her children Robin (and husband Robert) Jacobvitz of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Claudia Smith of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jack Edward Smith III of New Jersey, and Christopher (and wife Germaine) Smith of The Villages, Florida.

Two grandchildren, Nell (and husband John) Musser of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Jack Edward IV of New York, and two great-grandchildren Beckett and Georgia Musser of Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her beloved son-in-law Alan Johnson, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Patricia was a passionate volunteer for the Community Library of the Shenango Valley for many years, primarily assisting those with genealogy research.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to the Community Library of the Shenango Valley.
