Patricia Logue Obituary

Patricia Logue, Hermitage, passed away peacefully in her sleep in Whispering Oaks Retirement Community April 11, 2025. She was 83.

Patty was born May 26, 1941, in Sharpsville, to Michael and Mary (Cook) Coyne.

She graduated from Sharpsville High School in 1960.

She was a beloved mother to a daughter and two sons, devoting her early life to their upbringing. Her caring nature and easy rapport with everyone whoever met her led to a lifetime's work as a caregiver for patients of many ages and a tireless volunteer at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.

Patty's glowing smile and quick wit made her a true friend to many far and wide. Her love of family and the joy of bringing that family together showed in the many wonderful holidays spent in her company and the family reunions she poured her heart into organizing.

Patty's kindness, energy, and enthusiasm for life never dulled, regardless of where life took her. Her family has lost an embrace and a smile that lit up every room and filled countless hours with wonderful stories of generations past.

She is survived by a sister, Mary Kay Nelson, a daughter, Tammy Stephens, two sons, Patrick Logue and his wife Marieta, and Michael Logue and his wife Amy. Patty was blessed with six grandchildren: Stephanie Harper, Joey Stephens, Allison Davis, Austin Logue, Nora Logue and Anna Logue. She was doubly blessed with five great-grandchildren: Emileigh Harper, Xzavier Harper, Izaac Harper, Sebastian Stephens, and Myla Stephens.

She is preceded in death by a sister, Nora Ann Fisk.
