Patricia A. Kroack
Patricia A. "Pat" Kroack, 87, of Grove City, passed away peacefully on Sunday evening, Jan. 12, 2020, following a brief illness.
Pat was born on Jan. 8, 1933, in Slippery Rock Township, Butler County, to Theodore and Alberta (Logan) Grossman. Pat married Edgar R. Kroack on July 11, 1950; he preceded her in death on Aug. 4, 2007.
She retired as a loan officer from the former McDowell National Bank following a lengthy career in banking.
Pat was a member of Center Presbyterian Church, Grove City. She was a graduate of Slippery Rock High School in 1950 and her favorite pastime was reading a good book.
Pat is survived by three daughters, Dee Dee Rihel and husband Denny, Grove City; Patty Wilson, and Donna Kroack and husband James Hagen, both Volant; five grandchildren, Michael Rihel and wife Robbin; Stephen Rihel and wife Christie; Emily Bok and husband Jonah; John Rihel and wife Michelle; and Lenny Wilson; eight great-grandchildren; sister Judy McCarthy and husband Dan; and a sister-in-law Patricia Grossman.
Her parents; husband; three sisters; and a brother preceded Pat in death.
Memorials can be made to Grove City Community Library, 125 W. Main St., Grove City, 16127.

Visitation: 10:30 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday (1-15-20) in CUNNINGHAM FUNERAL HOME, INC., 306 Bessemer Ave., Grove City.
Funeral service: 12 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
Burial: Crestview Memorial Park, Inc.

So sorry to hear of Pat's passing. I will always remember her kindness. I worked with Pat at McDowell Bank. And although I always worked at the downtown Sharon branch. For years I talked almost daily on the phone. Pat was always kind and generous to this young, naive kid!! My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.
