Sheffield Lake, Ohio - Mark J. Anzenberger, 67, of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, formerly of Avon Lake, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Feb. 4, 2026. He was born on April 18, 1958, in Pittsburgh, to the late Francis D. and Mildred J. (née Weber) Anzenberger.
Mark grew up in Sharon, where he graduated from Sharon High School, class of 1976. He attended Clarion State College and served as president of his fraternity, Phi Sigma. In 1981, Mark moved to the Cleveland area, where he worked in inside and outside sales for Wesco Distribution and Motion Industries.
Mark loved playing cards and was a passionate fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins. He enjoyed music and camping trips with family and friends. He also loved his big trucks and took pride in pulling the horse trailer to various horse shows for the family business.
Known as "Grampy" to his adored grandchildren, Mark cherished every moment spent with them. He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.
Mark is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Hollie F. Anzenberger (née Fettinger); daughters, Lisa (Jeff) M. Byrom and Kimberly (Douglas) M. Kozar; and granddaughters, Audrey, Claire, Hadley and Harper. He is also survived by his sisters, Margaret Ellis, Karen Tatta and Janice Anzenberger; and his brother, Michael (Beth Crow) Anzenberger.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Mildred Anzenberger; his brother, Frank Anzenberger; and his sister-in-law, Gail Anzenberger.
