Grove City, PA - Marilyn J. Maxwell, 90, of Grove City, passed peacefully on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

Marilyn was born on Aug. 9, 1934, in Columbus, Ohio, to Otto and Dorothy (Stutz) Menzer. She married Richard H. Maxwell in September of 1985.

She was a graduate of Ohio State University as an occupational therapist.

Marilyn retired from Hillside Hospital, Warren, Ohio, where she worked for many years. During her retirement, she worked at Mercer County Rehab Supply Inc.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, Richard H., at home; two daughters, Susan Markstein (Todd) and Diane Hart; two grandchildren, Kate and Paul (Jessie) Markstein; great-grandchildren, Kylar, Raelynn, Daxton and Oakley; Richard's children, Elaine Egbert and Julie (Don) Fleck; three grandchildren, Ashley, Emily and Trevor; and two great-grandchildren, Bella and Alaina.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Eileen Theis.

Visitation: 4 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday (5-29-25) at CUNNINGHAM FUNERAL HOME Inc., 306 Bessemer Ave., Grove City.

Funeral service: 11 a.m. Friday (5-30-25) in the funeral home.
