Marilyn F. Gozik Obituary

Masury, Ohio - Marilyn F. Gozik, Masury, Ohio, passed away Monday morning, Sept. 22, 2025, at UPMC Health Center in Farrell. She was 89.

Marilyn was born Sept. 7, 1936, in Masury, Ohio, a daughter of Stanley and Sophia Gozik.

She was a 1954 graduate of Brookfield High School and worked at the G.C. Murphy C0. store in Youngstown as a sales clerk before working at United Natural Gas for 36 years, retiring as a supervisor.

She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Sharon, where she was an usher and in the altar guild. She was also the assistant director then the director of the Episcopal Community Services food pantry at St. John's for 15 years. She volunteered her time at the Buhl Club and UPMC Hospitality Shop in Farrell.

She loved working with her flower gardens and had a love for horses.

Marilyn will be deeply missed by her nephews and nieces, David Tralick, Tim (Carla) Tralick, Tawnya McDonald, Jennifer Tralick, Carlie Childs, Quin, Zane, Kayla, Samuel, and Maverick Tralick, and McKenna Klein.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Dolores Tralick.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. John's Episcopal Church Food Pantry in Sharon.
