Hermitage, Pennsylvania - Luella M. Morford, 79, of Hermitage, passed away late Tuesday morning, Feb. 3, 2026, in Addison Healthcare Center, Brookfield, Ohio.

Ms. Morford was born Nov. 17, 1946, in New Castle, a daughter of the late Paul and Mabel (Wilcox) Ritchie. She attended New Castle High School.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Sharon.

Luella worked for several years as a cook at Sunset Lanes, Farrell.

Her husband, James Morford, preceded her in death on June 2, 1985.

Luella enjoyed fishing and riding roller coasters. Her greatest joy, however, was her family, particularly her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all.

She is survived by two daughters, Paula (Jim) Parimuha, Mercer, and Sabrina (Troy) Mathwig, Cleveland, Wis.; four grandchildren, Nicholas, Andrew, Jeana and Myya; and three great-grandchildren, Aida, Enzo and Blake.

In addition to her parents and husband, Luella was preceded in death by five brothers and a sister.
