Linda Marie Shingledecker Obituary

Linda Marie Shingledecker, 70, of West Salem Township, passed away at her home on Saturday morning, June 22, 2019.

She was born Nov. 17, 1948, in Stoneboro, the daughter of Jack and Leilah Montgomery Brakeman.

Linda was a homemaker. She belonged to the Irwin Church in Hendersonville. She was also a life member of the VFW Auxiliary in Reynolds and a member of the Legion of the Moose No. 276 in Greenville.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Shingledecker Sr., whom she married July 18, 1970; two daughters, Penny (Harsall) Hartall of South Carolina and Tammy (Donald) Buckley of Greenville; a son, Richard Shingledecker Jr. of Sharpsville; several grandchildren; and a sister, Gwendoln (Bill) Gooden of Stoneboro.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a stepbrother, Leo Schuler.
