West Middlesex, Pa. - Leona "Kay" Morrison Locke Stowers, 83, of West Middlesex, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2025, in The Lakes at Jefferson.

Kay was born July 2, 1942, in DuBois, Pa., to Dale O'Harrow Morrison and Bernice Leona Whelpley Morrison.

She married Donald J. Locke, and he preceded her in death. She later married Steven Stowers, who also preceded her in death.

Kay worked at Wheatland Tube for over 40 years in benefits administration. She enjoyed bowling with her Thursday night group 'The Rebels", crocheting, reading and was an avid golfer.

Survivors include her daughter, Donna (Shawn) Wingard, West Middlesex; grandson, Duncan (Kristen) Wingard; granddaughter, Tabatha (Ben Lockhart) Wingard; great-grandchildren, Tyrus, Penelope, Jameson King, Crue, Sadie, and Clay; goddaughter, Heather Koerber; sister, Gail Chrispen; and brother, Joseph (Gaye) Morrison.

In addition to her parents and husbands, Kay is preceded in death by brother, James Morrison, sister, Emily Jane Polm, and niece, Tracy Young.

The family would like to thank Medi Home Health and Hospice as well as the staff at Lakes at Jefferson for their kindness and care for Kay.
