Kolson Keith Morrison Confer, nearly 2 years old, was born in Meadville on Aug. 15, 2019. He was the son of Travis Confer and Cortney Novosel. Kolson passed away in loving arms at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh on June 24, 2021, following an accident that occurred May 22, 2021.
Kolson is survived by parents, Travis Confer and Cortney Novosel; siblings, Brody and Haddie Miller, of Meadville; paternal grandparents, Earl and Colleen Confer; maternal grandparents, Keith and Tiffanie Novosel and Jamie Flynn; uncles, Brent Confer, Nick Novosel, Allen Cantrell Jr., Lucas Novosel, Marcus Novosel; and aunt, Jessica Albert.
Kolson spread happiness in unimaginable ways. His laughter, smile and presence was infectious. Kole loved school buses, water, playing outside, animals, swinging and sliding at the park, tulips, the Chicago Cubs and playing with his brother and sister.
His life was short but his purpose is huge. This isn't goodbye, it's "See ya later, alligator!"
Because Kolson loved school buses there will be a school bus at the funeral home and in lieu of flowers, please consider donating school supplies in Kolson's memory that will be distributed to his day care, and to local schools.
