Hubbard - Judith C. Perry, Hubbard, Ohio, passed away Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, in O'Brien Memorial Health Care Center. She was 84.

Judith was born Sept. 7, 1941, in New Castle, to Gurth and Alice Curry Rapson.

She was a 1958 graduate of New Castle High School.

For many years she worked in the billing department at Penn Power and later at Hermitage Walmart for 20 years.

She belonged to First United Methodist Church in Hubbard and was a member of ABWA. She also enjoyed being with her neighbors.

She married her husband, William N. "Wings" Perry, May 16, 1970, and he passed away Sept. 10, 2010.

Judith will be sadly missed by her family, her daughter, Michelle (Gregg) Biamonte, Hubbard; and step-children, William (Linda) Perry, Fla., Heidi Jo (Todd) Perrigo, both Fla.; and five grandchildren,

Josalyn, Fletcher, Carlye, Nicholas, Adrianna and a great-granddaughter, Audreyanna.

She also leaves her siblings, Karen DeLost, Poland, Ohio, and Joanne Donley, New Castle, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brothers, Donald Rapson, Richard Rapson, and sisters, Marge Henderson and Jeanne Weisbaker.
