Hermitage, PA - Joan D. Beader, 88, of Hermitage, passed away following an extended illness on Friday, July 4, 2025, in UPMC Jameson Hospital, New Castle.
Joan was born on Jan. 15, 1937, in Farrell, the youngest of eight children to the late Adam and Stephanie (Panuszko) Dyll. She was a 1954 graduate of Farrell High School.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Beader, whom she married on Feb. 15, 1958; her three wonderful children, Mark Beader, of Albuquerque, N.M.; Karen B. Piccirilli and her husband, Paul, of Hermitage; and Joni Beader, of Hermitage; two grandchildren, Chelsea Phillian and her husband, Brandon, and Chad Piccirilli and his wife, Brianna; and four great-grandchildren, Braelyn and Beckett Phillian, and Cecilia and Emilia Piccirilli.
In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by two sisters, Eleanor Saunders and Lillian Fabrey; and five brothers, Al, Alex, Gene, Joe and Edward Dyll.
