Mercer, PA - Jenny A. Rauber, 72, of Mercer, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025, at her daughter's home.

Jenny was born June 15, 1953, in Mercer, a daughter of Thomas and Betty Mathieson Bowers.

She worked in housekeeping at Avalon Springs Care Center in Mercer.

Jenny was very passionate about the Pittsburgh Steelers, working on jigsaw puzzles, watching Judge Judy, and was a true-crime aficionado.

Jenny will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family: her daughter, Amy (Shawn) Hitt of Hubbard, Ohio; three grandchildren, John McLaughlin, Anthony Dattilo and Taylor Dattilo; step-grandchildren Shelby Kupec, Steffany Hitt and Shawn Hitt Jr.; her sister, Sandra Hill of Mercer; and nephew, Josh Hill.

Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Charles Rauber; daughter, Nicole Rauber; brothers, Donald Bowers and Thomas Bowers; and her former husband, Charles Rauber.
