Hermitage, PA - Harold L. Palmer, 98, of Hermitage, formerly of Grove City, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2026, in The Addison of Garden Way, following a brief illness.
Harold was born on Jan. 23, 1928, in Grove City, to Earl and Hazel (Heasley) Palmer.
Harold grew up in the North Liberty area. He resided in Washington, D.C., and retired from the federal government following 30 years of service.
After retirement in 1979, he lived in West Palm Beach, Fla., and later Clearwater, Fla., before returning to Pennsylvania.
Harold is survived by a sister-in-law, Ruth Palmer, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Mary E. Ryder and Grace E McCarthy; and three brothers, Lenard E., James W. and Richard L. Palmer.
