West Middlesex, Pennsylvania - Edith Louise Hunter, 92, of West Middlesex passed away at Hermitage Rehabilitation Center on June 16, 2025.

Born in Canton, Ohio, April 17, 1933, to the late Joseph T. and Mildred Green Evans. She married William David Hunter, June 30, 1950, and he preceded her in death, Aug. 25, 2008.

Edith was an active member of Lebanon Presbyterian Church where she was active with Bible School. She was helpful with Girl Scouts and religious instruction at the church. Edith formerly was active with the Women's Association and was a part of the Apple Dumpling Group.

Survivors include two daughters, Lori (Dr. Joe) Joseph, Clark, and Brenda (James) Brady, Mount Sterling, Ohio; five grandchildren, Kelly (Don) Denno, Tom (Sarah) Joseph, Melissa (Bill) Vasconi, Megan (Robert) Yeatts and Stephanie (Ryan) Struthers; and numerous great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Edith is preceded in death by four brothers, Joseph, Eugene, James and Howard Evans; four sisters, Dorothy Krajcovic, Gwendolyn Schuller, Rachel Baker and Janice Baker; and a grandson, Raymond Divens.
