Grove City - Doris M. Hague, Grove City, passed away peacefully Sunday evening, Sept. 28, 2025, in Quality Life Services, Grove City, following a period of declining health. She was 95.

Doris was born Aug. 26, 1930, in Wexford, Pa., to Earl C. and Anna Murrie (Doughty) Bergman.

Doris was a 1948 graduate of Mars High School. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Grove City.

She was former co-owner and operator of the Western Auto Store, Grove City. Later she worked in the bakery at Grove City County Market.

She was known for her talents in sewing, quilting, baking, canning, and her art with pine cones. She enjoyed gardening, playing cards, attending church, and hosting many holiday dinners with full spread.

She took pride in her Lutheran faith, her collection of tea pots, thimbles, angels, and most of all, her family. Her time spent with family was her greatest treasure. She valued every visit, phone call, and card. She spent decades cataloging her family tree. Her unwavering support could be found at every family function.

Doris is survived by three children, Karen Cooper, Belmont, Ohio; Bruce E. (Lorrie) Hague, Mercer; and Gary A. (Laura) Hague, Grove City; five grandchildren, Jennifer (Sean) Rongers, Scott (April) Cooper, Martha (Theodore) Hubbard, Sarah (Matthew) Farren, Michelle (Kyle) Atwell; six great-grandchildren, Tyler Cooper, Daniel Cooper, Lily Farren, Penelope Farren, Tedman Farren, Robert Atwell; a great-great-granddaughter, Aubree Mae Cooper, and various nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son-in-law, Millard Cooper; two sisters, Lela Smith and Ruth Huey; and a brother, Robert Bergman.
