Hermitage, PA - Didina Atena Fiul, age 83, of Hermitage, Pa., passed away the evening of July 12, 2025, at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Born Sept. 28, 1941, in Bacau, Romania, she was the daughter of the late John and Raveica Suceava.

Didina earned a bachelor's degree in nursing and had a rewarding career working as a nurse at various doctors' offices and hospitals in Romania.

In her spare time, she enjoyed watching TV and movies. She had a remarkable green thumb and loved to garden. Didina also enjoyed thrifting, cooking, and the times she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include one brother, Sorin Suceava, and one sister, Rodica Tinca, both of Romania; daughter-in-law Kimberly Ann Fiul; and two grandchildren, Alexandra Fiul and Aiden Fiul.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Dan Fiul.

In keeping with her wishes, no visitation or services were held.
