Deborah L. Anderson, 65, of South Pymatuning Township, passed away unexpectedly in the emergency room of Sharon Regional Medical Center on Sunday, March 24, 2024.
Born in Sharon on Dec. 9, 1958, Deborah was the daughter of the late Joseph G. and Martha Wanchik Kushner.
She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Deacon John Anderson, whom she married on Aug. 12, 1995.
She was a fiscal officer with Mercer County Behavioral Health Commission, where she was employed since 1980.
Deborah was an active member of St. John's Orthodox Church, where she sang in the choir.
She was a 1976 graduate of Sharpsville High School and a graduate of New Castle Business School.
Besides her husband, Deborah is survived by a daughter, Emily Anderson, at home; a brother, Gregory (Carolyn) Kushner of Horsham, Pa.; and two nieces, Tatiana Kushner and Nadia Kushner, both of Horsham.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made in Deborah's name to St. John's Orthodox Church, 3180 Morefield Road, Hermitage, PA 16148.

Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday (3-28-24) and from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday in St. John's Orthodox Church, 3180 Morefield Road, Hermitage.
Services: 11 a.m. Friday (3-29-24) in the church with Fr. David Mastroberte officiating.
Interment: St. John's Orthodox Cemetery.
