Shelbyville, Tennessee - Curtis Decker Ward, age 66, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, formerly of Jamestown, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the Tullahoma Life Center.

Born on April 27, 1959, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, Curt was the beloved son of Dorene Ward and the late Chester Ward.

Curt graduated from Sharpsville High School in 1977. After high school, he learned his appliance repair skills at the family business, Gordon Ward Appliance. In August of 1981 he opened his own business, Ward Appliance Service.

Curt loved the outdoors and had a passion for fishing. Curt also enjoyed camping, biking and hiking.

Curt is survived by his mother, Dorene Ward, Hermitage, PA, wife, Kelly, Shelbyville, TN, daughter Bridget Duvall (Greg), McKees Rocks, PA, son Neil Ward (Courtney), Dunedin, FL, three grandchildren, Drew Duvall, Brayden and Kenzie Ward. Curt is also survived by his two sisters Denise Mohney, Sharpsville, PA and Tammy Rubano (Chuck), Farrell, PA, and his former wife, Robin Ward, Jamestown, PA.

He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Ward.
