Bartlett, IL - Carol Ann (Zukowski) Wagner Williamson, Bartlett, Ill., formerly Pittsburgh and Grove City, passed away peacefully Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025. She was 86.

Carol was born July 27, 1939, in Pittsburgh to Matthew and Stella Zukowski.

She graduated in 1958 as valedictorian of St. Basil's High School in Pittsburgh, and later in life earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Carol provided compassionate nursing care at Grove City Methodist Hospital until her retirement.

Carol was a lifelong, avid fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Whether she was attending games in person or listening to Bob Prince's play-by-play broadcasts on KDKA radio, her enthusiasm for the team never wavered.

Carol's interests were varied and included swimming, sewing, gardening, and canning. She cherished her trips to visit her sister in Florida and was dedicated to organizing events that supported a variety of causes in the Grove City area. Above all, Carol deeply valued the time she spent with her "second family" at Center Church, EPC, feeling truly blessed to be part of such a wonderful and loving congregation.

Carol is survived by her children, Diana (Thomas) Sweeney, Matthew Wagner, and Ron (Elaine) Wagner. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Laura (Thomas) Kanka, Juliana Masci, Michael Wagner, and Veronica Wagner; her great-grandchild, Leo Kanka; and her nieces, Linda Cardamone, Shari (Craig) Robinson, and Pam (Barry) DeLuca. Carol is also survived by former spouses Ronald Wagner, Pittsburgh, and Samuel Williamson, Grove City.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents and a sibling, Janice (William) Brinich.

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday (12-12-25) in Center Church, EPC, 333 Center Church Road, Grove City.
