Hubbard, OH - Benjamin T. Williams Sr., 85, of Hubbard, Ohio, passed away Friday evening, Nov. 14, 2025, at his residence.

Ben was born on Oct. 26, 1940, in Hubbard, Ohio, a son of the late Charles and Mary Emma Williams.

In his teenage years, he taught himself how to repair appliances. He worked at Matthews Appliances until he started Williams Appliance Repair Service.

He was an avid outdoorsman and a member of the Hidden Valley Sportsman Club in West Middlesex.

He was also a member of the Corner House Christian Church.

Ben will be deeply missed by his loving sons, Benjamin (Dawn) Williams Jr. and Bryan (Tracy) Williams; grandchildren, Tyler Benjamin Williams, Joseph Williams and Emalee Dawn Williams; and great-granddaughter, Emrie Dawn Love Williams.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rahama Jean Williams, whom he married on June 30, 1962; granddaughter, Ashley Williams; and siblings, Leonard Williams, Betty Shell, Norman Williams, Walter Williams and Anne Wright.
