Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania - Barbara "Barb" A. Arblaster, 69, of Slippery Rock, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 28, 2025, in AHN-Wexford, following a battle with Cancer since 2018.

Barb was born in Grove City, on April 30, 1956, to Martin M. and Leona I. (McCurdy) Wimer. She married David S. Arblaster on July 12, 1975.

Barb was a graduate of Slippery Rock High School in 1974 and a member of the Transformation Church, Grove City.

She retired in 2004 as office manage of Dr. H. Martin Wrigley's office. Barb spent 25 years of her career in medical office management.

Also, Barb had her own Etsy's shop where she sold custom baby clothes known as "Handmade by Baba." Baba, a name given to her by her grandchildren.

She mostly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, knitting, crafts and her dog, Harper.

Barb is survived by her husband, Dave, at home; a daughter, Jessica (Mark) L. Suchta, Upper St. Clair; a son, John (Mary) D. Arblaster, Slippery Rock; six grandchildren, Garrett Arblaster, Nathan and Alexander Suchta, Audrey and Wyatt Arblaster and Aaron Suchta; and three brothers, Donald (Diane) Wimer, Minn., Martin Wimer, Greenville, and Randall (Cindy) Wimer, Hermitage. She was preceded in death by her parents.
