Andrew Balko Obituary
Hermitage, Pa. - Andrew Balko, a lifetime resident of Hermitage, passed away Saturday morning, Oct. 4, 2025, in UPMC Horizon Shenango Valley in Farrell. He was 90.
He was born Feb. 25, 1935, in Sharon, a son to Andrew Balko Sr. and Helen (Hutz) Balko.
Andrew worked many jobs over his lifetime, but his greatest passion was attending auctions and sales. He found great joy in finding items he thought his family would love. He attended a sale one day before his death.
Andrew is survived by his loving wife, Barbara, whom he married March 16, 1991.
Andrew also leaves behind a sister, Dorothy; a daughter, Laurie, and three stepchildren, Diane, Bruce and Brenda; eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
