Robert Charles "Charlie" McDowell, 72, of Mount Jackson, North Beaver Township, Lawrence County, passed away at his residence with his family by his side on Wednesday (Aug. 16, 2017).
Charlie was born on Nov. 13, 1944, the son of the late Charles R. and Angeline Shontz McDowell.

But his greatest joy came from his children and grandchildren.
