James B. Wilson, 87, of Sharon, was reunited in Heaven with his wife Mary on Friday (July 14, 2017) when he passed away in UPMC Horizon, Farrell.
Born on Aug. 21, 1929 in Insull, Ky., James was the son of the late Garrett and Ocla Hembree Wilson.
James married the former Mary Senay on May 16, 1954; she preceded him in death on Aug. 20, 2014.
James retired from Sharon Tube in 1991 after 35 years as an inspector.
He was Protestant by faith.
An Army veteran, he served in World War II and in Germany during the Korean War. James was a member of the Farrell VFW.
He enjoyed fishing and traveling the world.
James is survived by: two daughters, Deborah (Robert) Moritz of Youngstown and Donna (Matthew) Coleman of Prince Frederick, Md.; two grandsons, Dennis and Nicholas Wise; and five sisters, Brenda Boylard and Diana Marshall, both of Mogadore, Ohio, Linda Allen of Danbury, Fla., June Wagner of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Patty Thompson of Toledo, Ohio.
In addition to his parents and his wife, James was preceded in death by: three sisters, Bonnie Sue Wilson, Thelma Abaid and Wanda Wilson; and a brother, Donald Wilson.
