Toni Marie McElhinny, 27, of Greenville, went home to be with the Lord Friday afternoon (Feb. 2, 2018.
She was born in Pittsburgh on Dec. 18, 1990, a daughter of Doug McElhinny of Greenville and Natalie (Nicklin) Higbee and her husband Mark of Greenville.
She was a 2009 graduate of Greenville High School and attended Thiel College, California University of Pennsylvania, and Laurel Technical Institute.
She was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church.
Toni loved to dance, sing, paint, animals, doing hair, and had a special bond with her little cousins.
She is survived by: her parents; a brother whom she adored, Seth Higbee of Greenville; maternal grandparents, Thomas and June Gessler, Edward and Lori Nicklin, all of Greenville, Evelyn Higbee of Fredonia; paternal grandparents, Douglas McElhinny and his wife Mernee of Greenville; three aunts, Jodi Lewis and her husband Steve of Cranberry, Tammy Enders and her husband Edward of Raleigh, N.C., and Nicole D'urso and her husband Mike of Greenville; two uncles, Christopher Nicklin and Casey Nicklin, both of Greenville; and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by: an aunt, Betsy Smith; grandfather Rick Higbee; an uncle, Billy Smock; and several great-grandparents.
May God now grant her the peace she has been seeking for so very long.
