Steven "Snowman"'s Story
Steven E. Robbins, 49, of Mercer, known by his family and friends as "Snowman", passed away Friday evening, Jan. 12, 2018, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, following a brief illness.
Steve was born on June 30, 1968, in New Castle, to William E. and Shirley (Splitstone) Robbins.
He married Tammy A. Dent on Aug. 26, 1996.
He was a graduate of Grove City High School and was a truck driver since 1999 for McClymonds Supply and Transit, Portersville.
Steve enjoyed working on cars but mostly he enjoyed being with his friends and family.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy, at home; three children, Stephanie M. Robbins, of Butler; Amanda M. Robbins, of Jackson Center; Nicholas W. Robbins, of Mercer; and two sisters, Jackie Adams and husband Scott, of Grove City; and Leslie Brothers and husband John, of Mercer.
His grandparents, parents and a brother, Dennis J. Robbins, preceded him in death.

Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday (1-17-18) in CUNNINGHAM FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 306 Bessemer Ave., Grove City.
Service: A private family funeral will Thursday (1-18-18) in the funeral home with Rev. G. Kenton Shaw officiating.
Burial: Union Home Cemetery.
