I will never forget the tremendous care and respect of my sister Sharon at West Penn Hospital by all the nurses, doctors and staff . When I told one how much I appreciated that, she said it was her honor.
Being with my brother Corky, his daughter Melissa, Sharons Grandkids, sister Marilyn, my sisters Darlene and Diane, and my brother Dave (who was a tremendous help and comfort for all of us the entire time) spending the last few precious hours with Sharon was something special. Very hard wanting her to stay, then telling her to go. Reminded me of my Moms final hours...shared with the Dufford family.
Knowing she is at peace and with those she loved so dearly gives me comfort now. She will
... be missed...and will always be MY SHARONA. I love you Sis. We all will help take care of Corky as much as we can. Heaven gained a special angel!Read more
