Sebastian Lisi, 85, of Hermitage, died at 8:25 a.m. Tuesday (Jan. 30, 2018) at his daughter's residence after an extended illness.
He was born Nov. 27, 1932, in Castro Del Volsci, Italy, to Giovanni and Mirabella (Antonia) Lisi.
Mr. Lisi worked as a machinist for 27 years for Sharon Steel.
He attended IHS Gospel Ministries.
Mr. Lisi enjoyed gospel singing, prison ministries, hunting, fishing, motorcycle riding, and carpentry. He had a love for Italy and for God.
He is survived by his wife, Irene (Young) Lisi, whom he married June 3, 2003 and who survives at home; a daughter, Linda Lisi Hanahan and her husband James of Sharon; sons, Larry Lisi of Sharpsville, and John Lisi of Hermitage; sister Maria Palombi of Castro Del Volsci; brother Paolo Lisi of Castro Del Volsci; four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; his wife, Lena (Del'fratte) Lisi, whom he married Aug. 13, 1951 and who passed away April 4, 2001.
