Richard M. "Dick" Stephey, 73, of Hermitage died unexpectedly Friday, Aug. 11, 2017, in Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland.
Mr. Stephey was born May 31, 1944, in Sharon to Emily (Armstrong) Stephey and Arthur Stephey.
He attended Sharon High School and was a welder at GATX and Trotter.
Mr. Stephey attended Grace Chapel.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam war from 1965 to 1967.
Mr. Stephey enjoyed riding his Harley and fishing.
Surviving are: his wife, Gayle (Kidd) Daugherty-Stephey, whom he married Nov. 11, 2015, at home; two sons, Richard R. Stephey and his wife Connie of Pulaski; and Jason Kidd of Brookfield; a brother, Rod Stephey and his wife Dora of Maryland; and two grandchildren, Samantha Stephey of West Middlesex; and Bruce Kidd of Brookfield.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; his first wife, Agnes (Piccirilli) Stephey; a sister, Doris Diclaudio; and a brother Don Stephey.
