Paul L. Minner, 76, of Mercer, passed away at 7:42 a.m. Friday, March 2, 2018, at Sharon Regional Medical System.
Paul was born in New Castle on Oct. 15, 1941, to Clarence and Betty McClenahan Minner. He married Norma Cathcart on April 10, 1971.
Paul was a 1960 graduate of West Middlesex High School. He was a member of F&AM in Sharpsville, the Shriners, and the Royal Order of Jesters.
Paul was an Air Force veteran.
He was of the Presbyterian Faith.
Paul was a Coolspring Township supervisor for 36 years, and he worked for Agway.
Paul is survived by his wife, Norma Minner, at the residence; two sons: Matthew Minner and his wife Christine in Mercer and John Minner and his wife Laura in Otisco, Ind.; two sisters: Libby Miller in Eastbrook, Pa., and Janet, wife of Dick White, in Wexford, Pa.; two brothers: David Minner in New Wilmington and Bob Minner and his wife Ann in West Middlesex; five grandchildren: Laura Millard, Kevin Minner, Keith Minner, Jocelyn Minner and Brycen Minner; a nd one great-grandson, David Welch.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Kevin Minner; and one sister-in-law, Vonda Minner.

Visitation: Noon to 3 p.m. Sunday (3-4-18) at CUNNINGHAM FUNERAL HOME Inc., 144 S. Pitt St., Mercer. Masonic service at 3 p.m.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday (3-5-18) at the funeral home with Pastor William Locke officiating.
Burial: Coolspring Cemetery, Coolspring Township.
