Nora Elizabeth Cochran, a lifelong resident of Millbrook Road, Worth Township, Grove City, passed away at 4:56 a.m. Saturday (Nov. 18, 2017) in Grove Manor, Grove City. She was 85.
Mrs. Cochran was born on Nov. 12, 1932, in Sharon to LeRoy and Virgie Reichart.
She spent her entire life farming. She enjoyed raising Jersey cattle, and the calves were her specialty. Nora was a founding member of the Mercer County 4-H program.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog, Bubby.
Survivors include: two sons, James E. (Sherry) Cochran and Raymond (Diana) Cochran, all Worth Township; a sister, Dorothy Masters, Kalama, Wash.; a brother-in-law, Norman Cochran, Stoneboro; four grandchildren, Jennifer Leach, Jamie Chlpka, Nicole Beatty, and Steven Cochran; four great-grandchildren, Amber, Eric, Samuel and Mackenzie; a niece, Elizabeth Hoffman; and special friends Ron and Carol Scott.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, James Ralph Cochran, whom she married Oct. 17, 1951; her parents; and a brother, Edward Reichart.

Service: 6:30 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
