A funeral service for Neal William Zam, Sr., 70, of Pensacola, Fla., was held at 10 a.m. Monday ( Jan. 8, 2018) at Bayview Memorial Park in Pensacola. Funeral services were under the direction of Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel of Pensacola.
Mr. Zam was born Nov. 26, 1947 in Newark, N.J., to Marvin Zam and Pearl Zam. He grew up in Farrell. Mr. Zam was a retired master sergeant of the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam. He moved to Pensacola with his family in 1976.
After retiring from the Army, he worked as a salesman at Milton Dodge for 19 years.
In his spare time, Mr. Zam enjoyed traveling and yard work and was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Mr. Zam is survived by: his wife of 50 years: Judith Radkowski Zam; three sons: Neal Zam, Jr. and wife Jennifer, David Zam and wife Samia and Thomas Zam; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and two brothers: Arnold Zam and Sidney Zam.
