Mary's Story

Mary L. Wagner, 83, formerly of Spruce Avenue in Sharon, passed away Thursday evening, Sept. 21, 2017, in Saxony Health Center, Saxonburg.
She was born Sept. 25, 1933, in East Mahoning Township, Indiana County, a daughter of Glenn H. and Ruth (Pfeiffer) Means.
Mary retired from Lenhart Chiropractic, where she had worked as the office manager for many years.
She was a longtime member of Oakland Avenue United Methodist Church, where she enjoyed helping with many projects when able. 
She was a devoted mother and grandmother, and enjoyed crafting and canning.
Mary leaves behind: her children, Brenda L. Kennedy of Pittsburgh; Dennis R. Wagner of Beaver Falls; and Michael A. Wagner and his wife Maria of Butler; grandchildren, Amber, Brittany, and Sarah Omstead; and her sister, Louann Stiltner of Strasburg, Va.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 51 years, Walter R. Wagner, who passed away Jan. 14, 2009.

Interment: Next to her husband in Oakwood Cemetery.
