Marshall A. Blaire, 73, of Brookfield, passed on Wednesday (Nov. 1, 2017) at his residence with his loving family by his side.
He was born on Oct. 18, 1944, in Wheatland, the son of Marshall and Clara Dilley Blaire.
Marshall owned Blaire's Audio, Karaoke Services and DJ Services. He built and repaired cash registers and computers and could fix anything. Marshall was an inventor, with a patent on the Blaire Currency Machine. He had other inventions including the Bar Keep.
In his younger days, he raced cars and had his own band, "Marshall and the Deputies." He loved singing and entertaining. Other pastimes included fishing and camping. He had an outgoing and humorous personality, enjoying the company of others.
He leaves: his wife, Christine Cartier-Galloway Blaire, who was his soulmate and love of his life; his daughters, Crystal (Sam) Baez and Melissa Logan; his sons, Marshall (Laura) Blaire and Benjamin (Michelle) Blaire; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his brother, James (Shari) Blaire; his sisters, Toots Kagle and Emile (Leroy) Hinerman; his many nieces and nephews; and his little puppy, Victoria Rose. He was greatly loved and will be missed by many.
Preceding Marshall were his parents and his sisters, Ester and Jeanne.
