"Jerry" Gerald Bice

Jerry Gerald Bice Lloyd Gerald "Jerry" Bice of Grove City lost his battle with cancer but won the fight of peace and joy on the morning of Tuesday (Dec. 4, 2018) in Allegheny General Hospital.
He was born Dec. 7, 1938, to Lloyd William and Ellen Marie Bice.
Jerry was a proud father to Thomas Gerald (Dana Condrick) Bice of Cranberry Township, and Tammy Lynn (Michael Robert) Smith of Columbus, Ohio. He was a loving grandfather to Taylor Tatyana Bice, John Thomas Bice, Spencer Michael Smith and Shaeffer Michael Smith.
He is also survived by sisters, Judy (John) Milford of Knox and Karen Magee and Joan Kloos, both of Grove City.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; his brother, Gary Bice; and sister, Elaine Raybuck.
Jerry loved well and was well-loved, enjoying his friendships at the Grove City gun club, with the "McDonald's gang" in his condo complex in Florida, and with his neighborhood cul-de-sac.
He was a man of many proverbial sayings, most of which contained astute insight cloaked in loving sarcasm.
Jerry had a fierce but quiet strength and always ended up mining situations for the positive. His generous service to others demonstrated his faith in God and has become a model that his family and friends lovingly follow.
