Lillian Evelyn Reeher
Lillian Evelyn Irwin Reeher, of Brooksville, Fla., died Aug. 6, 2019.
She was born Jan. 19, 1925, in Cranberry, Pa., a daughter to Ralph D. Irwin and Margaret Shaffer Irwin.
She was employed by Bell Systems as a telephone operator; Whitmer-Smith Department Store; the Sharon Credit Bureau, and finally by the Long Boat Key Club as a PBX operator.
She was a founding member of St. James United Methodist Church, Sarasota, Fla., and a member of the Red Hatters of Winter Garden, Fla.
In retirement she led a life of travel and adventure.
She is survived by: her brother, Ralph Irwin; three sons, James I. Reeher and wife Marian, Dennis L. Reeher and wife Debra, and Ralph D. Reeher. She leaves a legacy to six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Lillian was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 40-plus years, James William Reeher.
