To all the Songer Family:
I was so very sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad. He truly was a great man. Dennis and I were classmates at both St. Joe's and KCHS, but I knew virtually the entire family, as well as both parents, and I don't know that I knew better folk. I was always welcome in their home, and they were true practitioners of their faith. My deepest sympathies, and most sincere condolences, in the loss of this good and decent man. I have no doubt that he rests in eternal peace.
