My heartfelt condolences to my cousins Kim, Scott and their families. Polite corrections to the obituary. John was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland. John’s parents were David Edward Cusick (Dye was an affectionate nickname) and Della Margaret Clark. Esther Scragg was David Edward’s mother.
