Jane R. Pilch, 93, of Eagles Nest Road, Brockway, died Sunday, Oct. 8, 2017, at her residence of natural causes.
Born on July 8, 1924, in Farrell, she was the daughter of the late Justyn and Zofia Winkel Januszka.
She was a 1941 graduate of West Middlesex High School.
On Aug. 21, 1943, she married Joseph Pilch, who preceded her in death on Nov. 13, 2004.
Jane was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael the Archangel Church in DuBois.
She is survived by a son, Joseph (Linda) Pilch Jr. of Brockway; two sisters-in-law, Angeline Bartel of Grove City and Frances Boal of West Middlesex; and several nieces and nephews.
Jane was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Along with her parents and her husband, she is also preceded in death by four sisters, Stella Wasko, Gladys Kidrick, Molly Kuzell and Helen Babnis; four brothers, Walter Janoski, Chester Janosky and Albert Janoski; and an infant brother, Joseph.
