Harold C. Hullihen
Harold was born Sept. 9, 1929, in Cambria County, a son of Delmar C. and Gladys Gregg Hullihen.
He worked at Ohio Edison for 43 years, retiring in 1994 as a general foreman in substation maintenance.
Hap was an avid golfer, enjoyed being on the computer, and loved life. He especially loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and their spouses.
He and his wife, Joan, wintered for many years in Bradenton, Fla.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Hubbard and was a past elder. He was a veteran of the United States Army in the Signal Corps serving during the Korean War.
He will be sadly missed by his family; his wife, the former Joan L. Surrena, whom he married June 9, 1956; his children, Kathy (Andy) Lellio of Hubbard, Audrey (Dr. Howard) Slemons of West Middlesex, Douglas (Jayna) Hullihen of Westerville, Ohio; and five grandchildren, Andrew (Maralee) Lellio, Lauren (Evan) Rigby, Brooke (Josh) Marks, Bo Slemons, Madison Hullihen; and step-grandchildren, Josh Fridley, Jordyn (Jon) Orr; and a great-granddaughter, Ayla Lellio.
He also leaves his sister, Shirley Dowling of Valencia.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Hullihen; and his sisters, Marge Wilson and Pat Hill.
