Grace E. Fales, 93, of Grove City passed away Monday, Sept 4, 2017, in Grove City Medical Center.
Grace was born in Grove City on March 4, 1924, to Carlyle and Florence (Lyons) Surrena.
She married Clarence S. Fales on June 15, 1945; he preceded her in death Jan. 28, 1973.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, and she retired in 1989 from United Community Hospital where Grace was a cook for many years.
Grace is survived by: three children, Shirley Geary, Grove City; Gary R. Fales and wife Elfie, Germany; and Virgil F. Fales, Grove City; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Gladys Seelbaugh, Grove City.
In addition to her parents and husband, Grace was preceded in death by: a daughter, Susan Sloan; two grandsons, Shane Sloan and William "Bill" King; a sister, Audine Cook; and two brothers, Donald and Wayne Surrena.
